CNC Machinist (Milling/ Semiconductor/ OT+AWS+Bonus)

We operate a comprehensive manufacturing facility equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines and equipment, delivering high-quality precision manufacturing services.

We specialize in research and development (R&D) of ceramic materials to enhance industry standards and provide cost-effective solutions for the semiconductor industry. In addition, we design and manufacture Test Sockets and Conversion Change Kits for reputable semiconductor test handler companies.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with 3-axis CNC milling using Fanuc Robodrill, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC milling machines in accordance with job orders.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and materials based on production requirements.
• Execute production runs according to schedules and output targets.
• Interpret engineering drawings and machine parts to customer specifications.
• Perform basic program editing and adjustments when required.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices, including daily 5S and cleanliness of machines and work area.
• Contribute to quality and output improvement efforts.

Job Requirements :

• NITEC / Higher NITEC, Certificate, or Diploma in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling (3-axis using Fanuc Robodrill preferred).
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CNC programming software will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required to support production needs.
