Basic Salary: $2700 - $3500
Job Description:
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair works for HDB blocks and estate common areas.
- Support supervision of contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and service requirements.
- Assist in planning and carrying out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas.
- Verify completed works and support processing of contractors’ claims.
- Liaise with consultants, service providers, and authorities on maintenance matters.
- Assist in investigating defects, complaints, and breakdowns; prepare basic reports and recommend improvements.
- Attend to residents’ feedback and follow up on maintenance-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to learn, Training is provided
- Good coordination skill, to manage contractors and coordinate building maintenance works.
- Able to work well in a team
