Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Hotel Sales Team
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (where applicable), and sales documentation
- Coordinate client enquiries, follow-ups, and internal communication with relevant departments
- Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and filing systems
- Support the team with appointment scheduling, meetings, and client correspondence
- Assist in generating reports, tracking leads, and updating sales pipelines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant Manager
