Job scope:
- Actively approach shoppers to highlight our product features and benefits.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations for beauty brands products.
- Assist shoppers through the buying process to hit sales targets.
- Help customers with samples/free gifts/vouchers/discounts and record all transactions accurately.
- Ensure all products are set up according to planograms and pricing is clearly visible.
- Monitor stock movement and report low inventory levels for timely replenishment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with store managers and floor staff.
- Gather feedback on consumer preferences and competitor activity.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
