Dental Nurse/Receptionist - Full/Part time

Job Summary

Perform administrative and clinical support tasks to ensure smooth dental clinic operations and quality patient care.

• Schedule dental appointments and manage front desk activities including attending to walk-in patients
• Process billing and insurance claims accurately to support clinic revenue flow
• Clean and sterilise dental instruments and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Assist dentists during patient care procedures to enhance treatment efficiency
• Deliver patient service with a positive and helpful attitude to improve patient experience
• Use clinic software, email, and WhatsApp effectively to support communication and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members and learn quickly to adapt to clinic workflows

• Experience in dental nursing or reception is preferred but not required as on-site training will be provided
