Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely delivery of precast components.
Liaise with clients, site supervisors, logistics, QA/QC, and production teams to align delivery schedules and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular site updates and reports.
Arrange and monitor workers to rectify defect on precast components at construction site.
Attend coordination and site meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on outstanding issues.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify potential project delays and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Ensure project documentation and site records are properly maintained.
Support project closeout, including final handover and sign-offs.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience in precast, concrete, or construction projects.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites across Singapore.
Good communication and coordination skills; able to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of project tools or AutoCAD is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
