Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Digital Product Proposition
  • Partner closely with Product teams to formulate compelling digital product propositions that resonate with customer needs and market demands.
  • Conduct small-scale experiments and pilot initiatives to validate product concepts and assess market acceptance.
  • Continuously iterate digital product offerings based on insights and performance outcomes to achieve desired business results.
  1. Design Customer-Centric Digital Journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct customer immersion activities and identify key customer jobs-to-be-done.
  • Design and define end-to-end digital customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  • Analyse customer feedback and research evolving market practices to enhance UI/UX design and digital interactions.
  • Study customer profiles, segmentation, and transactional behaviour to derive insights and refine digital product strategies.
  • Engage directly with customers when necessary to gain deeper understanding of user needs, problem statements, and potential opportunities.
  1. Grow Online Channel Share
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase digital acquisition and engagement through online channels.
  • Analyse internal data to identify opportunities to improve digital adoption and channel penetration.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Analytics teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns and reach the right customer segments.
  1. Drive Digital Initiatives in Personal Investing
  • Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of digital initiatives within the personal investing space, from ideation to fulfilment.
  • Monitor market trends and leverage data insights to recommend product and experience enhancements.
  • Support post-implementation activities including user training, issue investigation, and escalation management to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in digital product management, digital transformation, or digital banking/investment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, digital experience, and product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, technology, and marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
