Digital Product Manager (Bank I Central I Up to 7k)

• Partner with Product to create digital product ideas that appeal to customers
• Run small experiments to test customer acceptance and refine features
• Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and design intuitive digital journeys
• Use customer feedback and market research to propose user‑friendly UI experiences
• Analyse customer profiles and behaviours; speak to customers for deeper insights
• Develop ideas to increase online acquisition through digital platforms
• Use internal data to identify opportunities to grow digital adoption
• Work with Product and Analytics teams on targeted customer campaigns
• Lead and coordinate digital initiatives across onboarding to fulfilment
• Monitor market trends and recommend data‑driven enhancements
• Support post‑launch tasks including training, issue investigation, and escalation

• Min 2 years of experience in digital product management, UX, or related roles
• Strong understanding of customer journey design and digital user behaviour
• Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions
• Experience conducting user research, customer immersions, or usability testing
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and tech
• Familiarity with digital acquisition, marketing, or analytics is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to iterate based on feedback
• Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
