Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and continuously optimize user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) across the organization's digital services.
Map and deeply understand the digital customer lifecycle to create intuitive, user-centric web environments.
Serve as the primary webmaster, monitoring and ensuring optimal website performance and uptime.
Provide expert digital support and troubleshooting for various company-wide projects and digital initiatives.
Ensure all web initiatives and digital rollouts are strictly aligned with overarching company goals.
Drive web content strategy to maximize engagement and digital reach.
Utilize SEO best practices and web analytics to track, measure, and improve digital performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web content strategy, UI/UX design principles, and website performance management.
Solid working knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) development and maintenance.
Strong proficiency in SEO principles and web analytics tools.
A creative, proactive, and highly resourceful mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong critical thinking abilities with a firm grasp of the digital customer lifecycle.

Working Schedule & Location:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement /
Location: Jurong East
Attire: Smart Casual / Formal
