Admin / Customer Service

Job Scope:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
  • Updating and maintaining daily trucking report
  • Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in the logistics & supply chain industry is advantageous
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

Personal Assistant / Secretary - Ups to $3500

Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative support, including schedules, travel, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners for smooth communication.
  • Assist with insurance tasks, including claims, policy updates, and record-keeping.
  • Create presentations, reports, and marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.
  • Support team operations, compliance, and staff onboarding.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or any other field
  • At least 1 year of personal assistant experience
