Clinical Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of patient care, from communication to administrative tasks, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for the doctor and patients.- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the doctor’s time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, answering calls, responding to emails, and providing relevant information.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Assist with billing processes, handle insurance inquiries, and ensure timely processing of payments and claims.
- Work closely with nurses, clinic admins, and other support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any operational needs.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Overseeing personal and work-related tasks to ensure timely coordination and a seamless schedule.- Assist the doctor with personal errands or tasks as needed and manage any personal appointments.
- Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for the doctor’s business or personal trips.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, as well as professional or company-related events.
