Sales Executive
About the role
As a Sales Executive at Smart Door Pte. Ltd.', you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Sembawang North Region. This full-time position is an integral part of our sales team, focused on generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts with customers
- Providing post-sales support and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the relevant industry or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management tools
