Job Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Provide timely and accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Call Centre / Inside Sales Executive :

Attend inbound and/or outbound calls for sales or service support
Promote products/services and generate leads
Record call interactions and update customer database
Meet daily/weekly performance and KPI targets

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, patient, and professional
Able to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries
Previous experience in customer service / call center / inside sales executive is preferred
