We are currently partnering with a reputable hospitality group to hire for several Assistant Managers and Sales Manager positions. If you have a passion for guest experience, operations, or hotel sales, we’d love to connect with you.

• Sales Manager, Proactive
• Assistant Manager, Guest Services
• Assistant Manager, Lounge / Front Office
• Assistant Manager, Bar

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead and manage teams to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Handle VIP guests, group arrivals/departures, and guest relations
• Plan manpower, rostering, and operational workflows
• Drive revenue through upselling, business development, or outlet performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Maintain compliance with operational, hygiene, and brand standards

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in hospitality or service industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Guest-focused, service-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g. Opera) is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

For Sales Manager role:

• Proven track record in hotel sales and business development
• Strong network and ability to secure new corporate/group accounts
