Majestic Restaurant is renowned for its authentic Chinese cuisine, refined service, and warm hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the management team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service in line with Majestic Restaurant’s standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Oversee reservations and seating arrangements to maximize capacity and enhance guest flow.
• Support in monitoring inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control measures.
• Assist in implementing marketing promotions, special menus, and events.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational issues when required.
• Step up to manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a Chinese or fine-dining restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
