Specific Major Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed portfolio of Global Key Customers (retention strategy) and Target Customers (development) of 8-12 customers in total.
- Developing and maintaining a strategy for all assigned customers
- Ensure complete, strong, and updated account plans at all times, based on customer intel and needs and create alignment with stakeholders and P&L owners.
- Increase share of wallet and create barrier to exit
- Identify and grow new business opportunities with assigned customers
- Deliver the budget for the assigned customers
- Guidance on commercial/pricing strategy
- Own the tender process and Wrist proposal A-Z, aligning with P&L owners nd tender management
- Conduct business reviews as relevant including QBR and MBR.
- Work with the designated Executive/Mgmt. Sponsor to optimize the results for the Customer and for the Company
- Delegate relevant tasks to the Global Sales Coordinator, including but not limited to customer performance reports, internal briefing documents, customer KPI measurements, and preparation for QBR’s/MBR’s and annual business review meetings
- Develop and maintain a strategy for all assigned customers with focus on development and growth
- Ensure complete, strong, and updated account plans at all times, based on customer intel and needs
- Ensure consistent and updated knowledge about all services offerings – across the Wrist Group
- Deliver egular forecasts about the respective customer volumes/activities. Participate in the development of best practise for the Global KAM concept for the Wrist Group
- Being proactive in communication, and delegating tasks to e.g. the Global Sales Coordinator
- Ensure compliance on contracts, such as (but not limited to), price, frame, and rebate agreements
- Ensure development and innovation as relevant
- Prepare Executive/Mgmt. Sponsor collateral/briefing documents
- Prepare customer presentations and other relevant material for customer meetings
- Participate in all relevant meetings
