The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Genesis Group of Agencies as a Sales Relationship Manager, based in our office in Alexandra Hill Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our growing client base, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the continued success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage a portfolio client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities to expand business
  2. Proactively prospect for and qualify new leads, negotiating and closing sales to acquire new clients
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing servicing, coordinated and provide a positive client experience from start to finish.
  4. Participate in the development of sales and marketing collateral to support lead generation and client retention
  5. Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
What we're looking for
  1. Proven track record in a new business development or account management role, ideally within the sales industry if any. We accept no experience candidate too.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  3. Strong drive to identify and close new business opportunities
  4. Preferable proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools to track and analyse performance (not a must)
  5. Collaborative team player with a solutions-focused mindset
  6. Must be able to learn and re-learn
  7. Minimum local Diploma qualification in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
