Our client is seeking a Swim Coach and Operations Executive to join their team!
About Our Client
Our client is a holistic wellness center specializing in prenatal and postnatal care, baby swimming, and women's fitness. Their comprehensive approach combines fitness, swimming, birth preparation, and therapy services to support mothers and babies throughout their journey.
What you'll be doing?- Deliver engaging swim classes: Conduct fun, safe, and interactive swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, and young children, fostering their confidence and skills in the water.
- Manage administrative tasks: Handle registrations, bookings, student records, and daily documentation with precision, ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversee certification process: Track student progress and manage the timely issuance of completion certificates and related documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Address parent inquiries and concerns professionally and warmly, enhancing the overall experience for families.
- Maintain facility standards: Ensure the pool and centre environment meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
- Coordinate operations: Manage schedules, coordinate bookings, and support the day-to-day running of the centre across both locations.
- Passionate about child development: Bring a cheerful, energetic attitude and a genuine interest in working with children.
- Flexible team player: Adaptable to varied schedules, including weekends, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Confident with children: Able to engage and manage young children effectively during activities and lessons.
- Organized multitasker: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Eager learner: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply - full instructor training will be provided for those with a passion for working with children and a readiness to learn.
- Swimming ability: Comfortable and competent in the water, as this is essential for the role.
