Operations Executive - Order Fulfilment

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, manage order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms, and coordinate logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Order Fulfillment:

• Process and fulfill orders from Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Manage overseas shipments using the DHL dashboard for international orders.

Logistics & Billing:

• Liaise with courier partners (Ninja Van, DHL, Provenance) to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Handle monthly courier billing using the Xero accounting platform.
• Verify invoices and reconcile billing discrepancies with logistics providers.

Inventory & Product Management:

• Create and print product labels for shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and order processing.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations is a plus (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok).
• Familiarity with logistics coordination and 3PL providers.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
