Planning Manager

Job Description:

• Supports in the tender exercise through planning of work execution sequence and value engineering proposals.
• Ensure proper document system are implemented to ensure data traceability.
• Any ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by superior or management.
• Ability to understand and convert client’s Project requirements into the required plan to be executed by the project team.
• Prepare and update Project programming plan.
• Experience in Project planning, preferably in the Civil / Structure / Steel Structure / M&E industry.
• Familiarity in the use of Risk and Product Management Software.
• Good knowledge of Project management processes & practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting the problems
• Good Project management skills.
• Planning and configuration to suit Project requirements.
• Ability to plan according to the changing situations, based on client request
• Prepared to make site visits when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for major airport projects and complex building or infrastructure projects for major civil projects, with similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management/ M&E or equivalent.
• Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD and Microsoft office.
• Well-versed in MS Office software for presentations and Microsoft Project for submissions to client during tender & project execution phase.
• To have prior experience in airport construction project planning with building-related facility.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
