• Lead end-to-end strategic planning initiatives within the organisation
• Develop, evaluate, and execute strategies to enhance performance and drive sustainable growth
• Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to support key business decisions
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, cost efficiency, and process improvements
• Drive and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex business challenges
• Establish best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support organisational priorities through strategic and ad-hoc projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proven project management capabilities with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders
