Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end strategic planning initiatives within the organisation
- Develop, evaluate, and execute strategies to enhance performance and drive sustainable growth
- Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to support key business decisions
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, cost efficiency, and process improvements
- Drive and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex business challenges
- Establish best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support organisational priorities through strategic and ad-hoc projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proven project management capabilities with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders
