Sales Operations Management Assistant (with Marketing Support) - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Management Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to marketing efforts. This role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, maintaining CRM data, generating reports, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating sales data, reports, and CRM systems.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, document preparation, and follow-ups.
• Track sales performance metrics and assist in analyzing trends.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities with the marketing team.
• Help prepare marketing materials, social media content, and email newsletters.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and customer communications.
• Liaise between sales and marketing to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. or relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Basic knowledge of marketing practices and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
