Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day management of the brand’s first Singapore outlet. This role is ideal for someone with strong F&B operational experience who is excited to bring a legacy brand to a new market.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Opening Setup
- Lead the setup of kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Work with the headquarters team on outlet layout, menu alignment, and brand execution.
- Recruit, train, and onboard the opening team.
- Daily Operations
- Manage all daily activities to ensure smooth service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee staffing, inventory, vendor coordination, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s food and safety regulations.
- Team Management
- Build and lead a motivated, service-driven team.
- Deliver staff training and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a respectful and professional work environment.
- Customer Experience
- Maintain high service standards and address customer feedback.
- Represent the brand and uphold its reputation for quality and hospitality.
- Cost & Quality Control
- Monitor operating expenses and meet financial goals.
- Introduce systems to drive consistency and operational excellence.
- 4–6 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in full-service or casual dining.
- Proven track record in leading restaurant teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for Chinese culinary culture and hospitality excellence.
