Admin & Account Clerk

Job Scopes:
- Handle financial reporting, banking & treasury, Tax, GST, and Audit
- Prepare and analyze journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements and any other financial reports on a regular basis
- Manage the preparation of company's budget and establish reasons for variances
- Evaluate financial reporting systems and accounting policies and work processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare customers' invoices
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years' accounting experience
- Good knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Tax Laws
- Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work multitasking fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Responsible and positive attitude.
- To work 69 hours per month in office (flexible)
