Construction Site Clerk – Job Description
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to site management team (project manager, engineers, supervisors)
  • Maintain and organize site documents including drawings, permits, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure latest construction documents and drawings are properly distributed to site teams
  • Prepare and maintain daily workers’ timesheets and attendance records
  • Assist in calculating and recording worker incentives, allowances, and productivity records
  • Record material deliveries and maintain proper documentation for site usage
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
  • Assist in coordination between office staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
  • Maintain safety-related records such as toolbox meetings, permits, and incident reports
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Construction Site Clerk – Job Requirements
  • Experience in construction site admin work is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply)
  • Must be able to handle workers’ timesheets and incentive calculations accurately
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy
  • Able to work in a construction site environment (outdoor, dusty, noisy conditions)
  • Good communication skills to liaise with workers, supervisors, and office staff
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of construction site operations is an advantage
