Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth while managing the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales initiatives and maintain client relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage order processing efficiently.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Support business development activities and expansion efforts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Handle comprehensive documentation and manage paperwork processes.
• Oversee logistics and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Liaise with shipping companies, insurance brokers and customs.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Serve as a key link between sales and operations departments to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or operations.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as part of a collaboration team.
