Job Title: Operations Executive – Heavy Equipment Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team in the heavy equipment industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, focusing on logistics coordination, service technician scheduling, and site documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate transportation for heavy equipment to and from sites
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on project needs
• Ensure all site documents and reports are properly prepared, tracked, and filed
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support operational efficiency
• Monitor equipment status and maintenance schedules
• Provide administrative support to the operations team
• Liaise with Chinese Speaking Clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations or logistics (experience in heavy equipment industry is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or logistics software
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Alt Sat (Half Day)
