Office Assistant
Capital Dynamics Singapore River Full-time
Capital Dynamics Global Pte Ltd (CDG) is a small parent/holding company, with a few offices in the region. CDG seeks to hire a highly reliable, well organised Office Assistant to oversee the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and liaising with service providers;
- Maintain a rigorous filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure all corporate records are audit-ready.
- Take full ownership of administrative workflows, without the need for constant supervision;
- To communicate with overseas offices; and
- To ensure mandatory reports to regulatory authorities are submitted on time.
- Possess a strong Degree or Diploma (please provide transcripts with your application);
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate in diverse environments and handle documentation in both languages;
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail – 1-2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous;
- A deep sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Work Schedule & Flexibility
Besides a pleasant small-office environment, this position offers flexible working hours. It can either be [a] Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm or [b] Monday to Friday, with the option to choose between the following time slots:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
