Role Overview

We are looking for a high‑calibre Business Personal Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) in driving day‑to‑day business execution. This role goes beyond traditional secretarial support. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, supporting coordination across sales, operations, partners, and internal teams, while ensuring the office environment enables productivity and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business & Executive Support
  • Act as the MD’s right hand in managing daily business priorities, follow‑ups, and execution
  • Track key business activities, deadlines, and action items across multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare business materials including management summaries, internal updates, customer decks, and briefing notes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Support the MD in customer, partner, and vendor engagements, including preparation and post‑meeting follow‑ups
  • Assist in business research, market scans, and competitor tracking when required
  • Ensure important matters are prioritized, escalated, and closed
  • Operational & Office Oversight (Business‑Enabling)
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly to support business productivity, not just administration
  • Oversee basic office logistics, assets, and services so teams can focus on delivery
  • Support onboarding/offboarding from an operational readiness perspective
  • Assist in organizing internal business meetings, workshops, and customer visits
Requirements & Profile
  • 3–6 years of experience supporting senior management in a business, operations, or executive support role
  • Strong understanding of business workflows, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Able to think commercially, not just administratively
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in fast‑growing, SME, tech, or professional services environments is a strong advantage
