Summary:

• 5 days, 9am-6pm

Job Scope:

• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Customer Service, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and plating subcontractors.
• Production Scheduling: Optimize machine and manpower use by planning schedules for internal production, the plating department, and subcontractors.
• Reporting & Meetings: Prepare weekly open orders reports for operation meetings and report on any outstanding, unclosed work orders.
• Work Order Management: Issue and monitor work orders, coordinating with Production to address any threatened delivery dates.
• Inventory & Material Control: Ensure raw materials are issued promptly, coordinate new requirements with purchasing, and maintain agreed safety stock levels.
• Team Support & Ad-hoc Tasks: Review and close out work orders properly, cover for colleagues on long leave, and handle other assigned duties.
