Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate order processing
- Manage shipment arrangements and logistics coordination
- Prepare and generate documents using internal systems
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams
- Support sales team and Supply Chain Manager on daily operations
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth fulfilment process
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferably with logistics / freight forwarding experience
