Supply Chain Executive - Entry Level (UP $4000+ AWS + VB, Jurong East, Perm)

✔ Up $4,000 Basic + AWS + VB

• Location: Jurong East
• Salary: Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + VB
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm

• Execute daily procurement activities, including purchase order creation, supplier management, and coordination of inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain precise inventory records through system updates, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations, while proactively flagging stock-level issues.
• Track supplier metrics like on-time delivery and quality, manage relationships, and escalate risks to maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Compile supply chain data to prepare reports on key metrics and assist in generating insights for cost savings and process efficiency.
• Participate in initiatives to optimize lead times and data accuracy, while documenting workflows to enhance team training and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resolve logistics issues, and maintain operational alignment.

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Internship or project experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
