Job Scope:
- Reaching out and exploring new business opportunities
- Support campaigns targeting new markets
- Creating and managing referral campaigns
- Scheduling and follow up with client appointments
- Contribute to content planning for social media
- Planning of occasional client appreciation events
- No selling required
Job requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging new people over the phone and messages
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially in managing follow-ups and scheduling
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all level
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Prior experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (especially in finance or insurance) is an added advantage
- Flexible working hours: Able to work at least 2 to 3 days per week. Able to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months.
