Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our cleaning services business in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Work closely with the operations team to develop suitable service solutions.
- Manage contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of business development or sales experience.
- Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
