Business Development Executive

The Role
As a catalyst for new business, you will be responsible for hunting and developing new opportunities by leveraging your experience, expertise, and internal resources to engage prospective clients. You will act as a spokesperson for Info-Tech, confidently engaging with HR practitioners, business owners, and C-suite leaders across various industries.Your role will be instrumental in enabling local SMEs to digitalize HR functions, delivering transformational customer outcomes.
About the Role- Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify, manage, and close multiple opportunities and projects concurrently to drive commercial growth
- Work towards monthly targets aligned with team goals
- Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute valuable insights and ideas
- Maintain accurate visibility and forecasting of sales activities using CRM systems and relevant metrics
- Target and influence new customers to adopt the full range of Info-Tech products
- Strong work ethic – self-motivated, driven, and hungry to succeed. You thrive on learning, growth, and achievement, whether in sales, sports, or other competitive pursuits
- Keen interest in working within a fast-paced sales environment
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and confident in decision-making, embracing change as an opportunity
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and maintain operational effectiveness
- Prior experience in accounting software sales will be a strong advantage
