Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our law firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, willing to learn, and looking to gain working experience in a legal office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Provide administrative support to legal and accounts team
  • Perform errands or office supply runs occasionally
Requirements
  • No prior experience required — training will be provided
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Organised, punctual, and able to multitask
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
