Talent Acquisition Manager

You will lead the team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies including innovative strategies to recruit diverse talents to meet our growing business needs. Beyond execution, you will drive excellence through process enhancements and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Hiring Delivery: Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from establishing job scope to job offer and onboarding, ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, offering insights on market trends, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Sourcing & Innovation Strategy: Strategies to attract different staff profiles and job roles. Lead in identifying and engaging passive talent, leverage on advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to build robust talent pipelines for niche and critical roles.
- Process Excellence & Mentorship: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows. and provide guidance, support, and best-practice sharing to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding & EVP: Play an integral role in shaping and promoting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Lead recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and digital initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in the market.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience) to drive efficiency and inform future hiring strategies.
- A degree in any discipline with 6–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Extensive hands-on experience with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other specialized databases and job boards.
- Proven track record of successful proactive sourcing for both high-volume and specialized roles
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Independent, resourceful problem-solver who remains a committed team player at heart.
