As a Talent Acquisition Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and manage a team by providing coaching, guidance, and performance support.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to meet organisational workforce needs.
• Ensure end-to-end recruitment operations are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with established policies and procedures.
• Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making and senior management updates.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external networks, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
• Keep abreast of market trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement in recruitment approaches and processes.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
