Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
Working Hours:
8:00am – 5:30pm
9:00am – 6:30pm
9:30am – 7:00pm
10:30am – 8:00pm
Location: Tampines

Job Description

Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from corporate banking clients
Assist with account-related enquiries, transaction status, and online banking support
Provide accurate information on banking products and services
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex issues or complaints when required
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Work closely with internal teams to support client servicing
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in customer service, contact centre, or banking operations preferred
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of banking systems is an advantage
