If you enjoy helping people and communicating with customers, this role is for you. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll handle enquiries and support customers throughout our service process.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries from clients
Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
Guide clients through the loan application process
Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents
Maintain and update client records
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle client enquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
No experience required – training will be provided
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn
