Service Engineer (Wastewater Treatment Plant)

CF Global Technologies Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Chong Fong Engineering with footprints in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China. We are providing engineering services in terms of after sales support for the equipment installed at our customer facilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a background in wastewater treatment plant systems to join our dedicated Service Division.

• Previous technical sales experience with equipment highly desirable

• Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for wastewater treatment systems and related process equipment (e.g., pumps, blowers, valves, dosing systems, filtration units, control panels).
• Collect and monitor customer equipment performance indices and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) when required.
• Liaise directly with customers to understand and fulfil their technical requirements.
• Coordinate project activities for equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and training.
• Plan project deadlines and execute tasks according to schedule.
• Perform on-call and standby duties as required.
• Take initiative to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Work effectively as a team player with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive attitude in customer service.
• Ensure good housekeeping and workplace safety practices.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Class 3 driving licence or Class 2 driving licence are preferred
• Highly independent individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on individual with competency in both electronics, electrical systems and mechanical systems.
• Good communication skills.
