Sales Engineer Job Scope:

• Understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions
• Support pre-sales and after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong interest in technical products and sales
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must possess a valid Class 3 / Class 3A driving license.

Service Engineer Job Scope:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations and workforce activities.
• Conduct daily briefings for workers and subcontractors, and manage deployment plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and track project progress to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments and manage resource allocation, particularly for onboard vessel work.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of marine electrical systems, both in the workshop and onboard vessels.
• Test electrical systems and check circuit continuity using tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and process calibrators.
• Assist in the repair and overhaul of electrical components both onboard and in-house.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, assembly, or repairs (entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided).
• Must possess a valid Class 3 / Class 3A driving license.

M&E Engineer Job Scope:

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily project operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate and coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Participate in regular meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to address project progress and issues.
• Review drawings and technical documents, raising queries to resolve discrepancies and issues encountered during execution.
• Conduct inspections during construction to ensure work meets quality standards and assist in updating the project quality plan as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
