Salary: $3,200 to $4,000 per month

Job Summary

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to support daily clinic operations, administrative tasks, and coordination across teams.

• Support basic accounting, daily records, and administrative documents
• Assist inventory tracking, replenishment, and vendor communication
• Support front-desk and administrative workflows; assist basic system setup and troubleshooting
• Assist roster planning and manpower coordination
• Liaise with agencies, partners, and vendors for compliance and operational matters

• Experience in clinic operations or medical admin preferred
• Strong organisation, accuracy, and follow-through
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiar with inventory management, basic accounting, or clinic systems is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Chinese to oversee the clinic’s operational systems that are in Chinese

Work Location: Multiple clinic branches (may require rotation)

• 协助处理基础会计事务、日常账目记录及相关行政文件
• 协助库存管理、补货安排及与供应商的沟通协调
• 支持前台及行政流程运作，并协助诊所系统的基础设置与故障排查
• 协助员工排班规划及人力协调安排
• 对接相关机构、合作伙伴及供应商，处理合规及运营相关事项
• 任职要求（Requirements）
• 具备诊所运营或医疗行政相关经验者优先
• 具备良好的组织能力、严谨的工作态度及执行力
• 能够高效处理多项工作任务，具备良好的时间管理能力
• 熟悉库存管理、基础会计或诊所管理系统者为加分项
• 具备良好的中英文沟通与书写能力，以便监督和管理公司内部以中文为主的运营系统

薪资范围（Salary Range）

新币 S$3,200 – 4,000（视经验与能力而定）
