As the Talent Manager, you will lead Talent Acquisition efforts with a focus on building proactive talent pipelines, elevating hiring quality, and matching the right people to the right opportunities.
This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers across both venue and corporate teams to define role requirements, assess candidates thoughtfully and effectively, and deliver a hiring experience that reflects a people-centric and intentional approach.
** There may also be opportunities to contribute to broader Talent functions, including business partnering, employee experience, talent development, and HR operations.- Key Responsibilities?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across HQ and venue roles, from entry-level to senior hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring standards, and interview expectations
- Enhance recruitment processes, tracking systems, and hiring coordination to ensure progress is transparent, timely, and effectively managed
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen and communicate TLBG’s unique employee value proposition
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines while expanding and strengthening sourcing channels
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and community partners
- Elevate the candidate experience by ensuring every stage of the hiring journey is welcoming, clear, respectful, and thoughtfully managed
- Design and implement talent initiatives focused on attracting, retaining, and developing employees, while balancing business impact with cost and operational efficiency
- Lead and support broader Talent and HR initiatives that enhance attraction, engagement, and develop the people
- Requirements?
- Min. Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, retail, F&B, or other service-oriented industries
- Demonstrated ability to source, engage, assess, and successfully close candidates across various functions and seniority levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and ownership over recruitment processes and timelines
- Good business acumen with a solid understanding of local HR legislation and employment regulations
- Resourceful and proactive in exploring new sourcing channels, tools, and strategies to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency
- Able to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking, contributing to long-term talent initiatives, process enhancements, and pipeline development
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and urgent hiring demands
- Interest and capability to grow beyond Talent Acquisition into broader Talent and HR responsibilities
