*NEW* 6 Months Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Regional)

Job Duties:
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience from interview scheduling through offer stage
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and geographies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for all participants
- Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Ensure all recruitment activities are well-organized and accurately documented in recruiting systems, maintaining high standards of detail and responsiveness
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, or a similar talent acquisition operations role, preferably within AP, if not SEA market
