This is a full-time Customer Service Executive position at JNR Entertainment Pte Ltd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing all customer enquiries and requests efficiently.

Your role:
- Responding to incoming calls or emails for sales & support inquiries pertaining to the company’s product lines in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Track customer's booking and schedule delivery when required
- Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft software (EXCEL, WORD, TEAMS)
- A team player with a positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
