Sales Customer Service Executive (East)
Electronics Component distributor looking for
candidates for below job scopes: ~- Process customer’s/supplier’s Purchase Orders
- Liaise/Coordinate with Suppliers/Factory/Customers on delivery status
- Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to Suppliers and customers
- Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
- Knowledge in SMI/VMI programs
- In-charge of China customers & Taiwan suppliers
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/equivalent related fields can be considered
- Possessed min 1 year working experience
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong motivation to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, Words, Power Point etc.)
- Salary remuneration will be offered to successful candidate.
