We are currently seeking driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. This position is open to individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in the Licensed Moneylending industry.

As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to loan application, loan creation and loan disbursement.

Responsibilities

To provide Customer Service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company
To assist Clients with their loan applications by answering clients’ queries, guiding them through loan procedures, conducting data entries and processing documentation checks
To conduct loan disbursement by generating loan contracts, providing clear and coherent explanation of respective loan products and loan contract terms,
To assist with clients account management, along with loan servicing activities, repayments and collection updates
Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain required results
To highlight any discrepancy/deviation to the Team Manager

Requirements

Entry level with right skill set
No experience required
Friendly and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
