Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms and details to customers
- Assist customers with their loan applications
- Accurate and careful data entry of customer details
- Admin duties such as photocopying and filing
- To provide customers' service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company
- To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their appointment
- To assist customers' account management along with accurate and data entry of every customer details
Requirements:
- Entry level with right skill set
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
